Lilli NGAI

Lilli is a counselling psychologist. She obtained her master's degree in counselling psychology from Hong Kong Shue Yan University. She is also a certified play therapist accredited by the Hong Kong Academy of Play Therapy. As a registered counselling psychologist (Hong Kong Psychological Society), Lilli boasts over eight years of experience in counselling and training, covering a diverse range of psychological interventions. These extensive experiences have deepened her understanding of psychological theories and counselling principles, which she utilizes to empower individuals to overcome challenges.

Lilli's expertise encompasses play therapy, parent-child relationship therapy, individual counselling, and positive parenting education. Over the years, she has provided play therapy and counselling to primary and kindergarten students, including those in special education schools, assisting them in building positive self-esteem, enhancing emotional management, and developing problem-solving skills. Through parent consultations and workshops, Lilli is dedicated to helping parents cultivate an understanding of their children's habits and acquire positive parenting techniques. Additionally, she collaborates closely with educators and social workers, crafting personalized student support plans and advocating for inclusive and culturally diverse school environments.
